Simply browse Shein and fill your shopping cart with all the items you love. Do not place the order on Shein directly. Instead, generate your cart link and share it with us through our "Order Collection" page. We'll calculate the total cost (including customs and shipping), and once you pay, we handle the purchase, logistics, and border clearing for you!
Once your order arrives in South Africa, we will collect it and safely store it at your selected collection point (e.g., The Bridge Complex in Mbabane). You will be notified via email or WhatsApp immediately when it's ready for pickup.
Shein typically takes around 2 weeks to deliver to our South African address. The best part? We pick up your order the same day it arrives in SA—we do not wait for other orders to consolidate! This ensures you get your items as fast as possible.
We accept EFT payments. After you submit your cart link, we will verify the amount and provide you with banking details. Please upload your Proof of Payment (POP) to confirm your order. We process orders immediately after payment is confirmed.
Our service fee covers the handling, cross-border transport, and customs clearance services. This is calculated automatically when you submit your order request, so you'll know exactly how much to pay upfront with no hidden costs.
Since we purchase on your behalf, returns follow Shein's standard return policy, but handling returns from Eswatini back to Shein can be complex and costly. We recommend checking size guides and reviews carefully before ordering. If you strictly need to return an item, please contact our support team for assistance.
